Refund Policy

At SISU, your time and energy are valuable—and so is ours. Because of the time and preparation involved in 1:1 sessions, all sales are final for individual sessions and digital resources.

Refunds may be considered only for unused sessions in a package, and only in the case of significant, unforeseen circumstances—such as a medical issue, mental health emergency, or life event that prevents continued participation.

Examples may include:

• Inpatient care or hospitalization

• Cognitive-impacting injury (e.g., concussion)

• Family emergency or bereavement

• Unexpected relocation

Requests must be made in writing to coaching@sisuelite.com and are reviewed case-by-case. This is not a guarantee that a refund will be issued. If possible, we’ll first explore options to reschedule or transfer the remaining sessions.
